There are three levels of entrepreneurial leadership that one must master in order to create long-term business success.  Phase 1 is known as “Startup Leadership.”  This is the time in the business when charisma, innovation, and change are what create success.  There are specific skill-sets as well as specific mind-sets that go along with this phase.  Phase 2 is known as “Maintenance Leadership.”  This is the period in business when systems are being put into place and a new model of leadership must be born inside the founder.  It is a time when what worked to start the organization will no longer work to keep it afloat.  Phase 3 is known as “Corporate Leadership.”  By this point, the founder(s) of the organization can’t have their fingers on every decision.  They have to build a trusting and innovative culture so that the organization runs whether they are present or not.  It is often very difficult for entrepreneurs to transition through these three phases of Entrepreneurial Leadership.

This program, lead by Jody Holland, will walk entrepreneurs through the skill-sets and the mind-sets that must be mastered in order to evolve into the dream of an organization that they originally envisioned.  It will help each person answer the question… “What is the ideal organization to fit me?”.  It will also unlock what each entrepreneur must cling to or change in themselves in order to move up the ladder of success.  If you have wanted to make more money, have more customers, or find out why you have been stuck at the same level for years, this program will provide those answers.
